Bloom Bounce works offline. The game does not collect or transmit your personal information or gameplay data to us.

Inside the game
No account is required. The app includes no advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photos.
The app saves your game progress, settings, session, named plans, seed codes and studio creations in its local storage. These are used only to resume and personalize your game. The app uses elapsed-time measurements for animation, playback and local playtime statistics; it does not send those measurements to us.
Keeping or removing local data
Local data remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. You can delete individual saved plans and studio creations in Your collection. Deleting the app through iPhone Settings removes its local app data; offloading it retains data. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. Manage those backups through Apple’s settings and services.
When you contact support
If you voluntarily email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them only to respond and troubleshoot your request. Messages are handled by our email provider, Google, and retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary support records. You can ask us to delete your correspondence by emailing the address below. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.
This website
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. A visit sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser request, to Cloudflare to deliver and secure the pages. We do not add analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embedded media. The app does not contact this website during gameplay; it opens only when you choose a website link.
Cloudflare handles hosting data under its privacy policy. Google handles support email under its privacy policy.
Younger players
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should send support requests for a child. If personal information from a child is sent to us, contact us so we can remove it.
